Beth and Wendy have been part of conversations, panels, podcasts, and speaking engagements focused on patient empowerment, healthcare navigation, and informed decision-making.
Through these guest appearances, they share insights grounded in real-world nursing experience—helping audiences better understand today’s healthcare landscape and how patients and families can engage more confidently in their own care.
As a faculty member in the Department of Health Systems Management within the College of Health and Sciences at Rush University in Chicago, Wendy also teaches the Patient Experience Master’s Level Course for healthcare executives and new physicians.
